HOW OUR COMMERCIAL MOVING TEAM WORKS
Upon arrival we will work to prioritize which items need to be put into the truck first, which items need to be wrapped & protected, and organize all the loose material. We make sure all your office chairs, desks, filing cabinets, equipment, tools, and anything you have in your business are moved safely, securely, and of course quickly.
We always use blankets and shrink wrap to protects sensitive and expensive machines such as copy machines and also carry durable rental plastic boxes to prevent any possible damages to monitors and small electronics.
Once we have packed your commercial business into the truck(s) we will transport the contents to their new home! When we arrive at the new business your belongings will be unloaded and organized as you request.
You tell us exactly where certain desks and equipment are to be placed and we will make sure that is where they end up! Change your mind? THINGS TO NOTE
- Please describe any special equipment such as workbenches, shelving units, deep freezers, commercial copiers, medical beds, etc., that may require special handling or equipment to move.
- Our commercial mover services are charged at an hourly rate. Although we offer packing services, we recommend that your boxes, furniture, and other possessions are ready ahead of time – this will help minimize the cost.
- Besides, if you have leftover items you need to get rid of after your commercial move, they can be removed for an additional charge.
