If you move from city A to city B, we use the larger number as your minimum time. If you move from Vancouver to Chilliwack, our minimum time will be 6 to 9 hours. This is based on Chilliwack's minimum time, not Vancouver's.

When a moving company talks about travel time, they include the time it takes to leave their yard. This time also covers when they come to your place or go back to their yard. They do not consider the time it takes to move you from your current place to your new one.

We want to compare the final price between two moving companies. One has clear pricing policies. The other has a travel time fee and hidden charges.

WHICH SIZE TRUCK DO I NEED?

Our one-ton trucks have a 16' x 7' x 7.5', or 840.00 cubic feet (25 cubic meters) box. These trucks are like regular U-Haul trucks. They have enough space to carry a one-bedroom apartment, a den, or a small two-bedroom place.

Three-ton trucks:

Our three-ton trucks have an 18' x 8' x 8' or 1150.00 cubic feet (32 cubic meters) box. The space of these kinds of trucks is enough for carrying a two-bedroom to small three-bedroom places.

Five-ton trucks:

Five-ton trucks have a 24' x 8' x 9' box, ideal for larger moves, such as those involving three- to five-bedroom houses. They are identical to 26-foot U-Haul trucks and carry 1700.00 cubic feet (48 cubic meters).

Our rate for small moves during off-peak times is $165.00 per hour, with a minimum of two hours per job.
